Nina Mitchell

I joined the Dissel lab in January 2024 to continue undergraduate research on Drosophila. Since then, I have been developing an alternative protocol for appetitive olfactory short-term memory utilizing the Y-Maze paradigm. I am working towards my B.S. in Biology and applying to medical school, where I hope to continue research in some manner. In my free time I care for my two cats, rock climb, and play games.
