Brianna Velazquez is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Bioinformatics at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Science from the University of California, Irvine. Currently, her experience lies in public health outreach. She has been a part of a few projects such as the Midwest Coordination Center and STRIVE for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Her research interests include topics on epidemiology, virology, and genomics.
