Site Checklist

Before your site is ready for public viewing, please make sure that all of the following items are completed.

  1. Read your content and check for spelling and grammatical errors. Website spelling mistakes negatively affect search engine optimization and the overall visitor experience. 
  2. Ensure your site is accessible by including headers for content, default font colors, descriptive alternative text for images and other best practices. Please review OpenScholar's guidelines for accessibility. 
  3. When your site is finished, please submit a web ticket. We will add a link to your site to the academic unit website.
