We put the Fun in Faculty Functions!

We held our first faculty mixer in October with the fantabulous Conservatory and had so much fun we built a playbook so we could host more! 

 Alexis shared a great report of our November faculty mixer with the splendid School of Humanities and Social Sciences and we hosted one more in March with the superb School of Education, Social Work, and Psychological Sciences. 

In 2025-2026, we also launched UMKC Research Showcases and Community Partner Spotlights, as well as hosting many workshops, including one for faculty supporting UMKC's First Semester Experience.

Coming up in 2026-2027, we're looking forward to two year-long programs: Faculty in Practice and Get Launched.
