About Nadeesha Mawella

Dr. Nadeesha Mawella joined UMKC in Fall 2018, after receiving her Ph.D. in Statistics from Kansas State University. She is passionate about teaching Statistics to students from different fields and mentoring and helping students from undergraduate programs and interdisciplinary Ph.D. program to use Statistics for their independent research. 

In her spare time, she likes to do arts and crafts, cooking and spending time with family.

Teaching Interests: Regression Analysis, Multivariate Data Analysis, Elementary Statistics, Design of Experiments
