Dr. Ashik has accepted a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Division of Energy, Matter, and Systems (EMS) at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), starting Fall 2025. At UMKC, he will establish the Medical Imaging for Global Health TechnologY (MIGHTY) Lab to advance innovative imaging technologies for global health.
