Prof. Ashik presented his recent research at the UMKC EMS Division Research and Innovation Day through both an oral talk and a poster session. His oral presentation, titled “Reconstructing What Sound Can’t See: Ultrasound for Precision Diagnostics,” and poster, “From Sound to Diagnosis: Intelligent Algorithms for Smarter Healthcare,” showcased MIGHTY lab’s work on computational ultrasound imaging and AI-driven diagnostic algorithms. The event provided a valuable platform to share innovative imaging research and engage with the UMKC scientific community.
