Measure What Matters
Education Systems Change Research
The phrase, measure what matters, synthesizes my scholarly work. My focus is on systemic change in educational settings... big lift, pin-cushion-effect change. These efforts require modeling and data: modeling to see the system and data to see the change. Systems are wild spaces that persist, often untended and unintentional. When we do not intervene, systems can harbor structural inequality and pose barriers to individuals trying to work through the system.
I focus on systemic change out of the belief that fixing the environment or ecosystem is vital rather than fixing the individual. My research focuses on access to postsecondary education, inclusion, transition, and improving higher education for more people.
Team
Leadership
I work with a team of professionals committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence. Our team is a vibrant mix of thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers, each bringing a unique perspective to the table. We believe in magic, especially the sort that happens when diverse minds come together to tackle challenges.
Whether we're brainstorming solutions, executing strategic implementation plans, or celebrating success, we do it as a team. We are proud of the culture of innovation and continuous learning that we are cultivating and we work together to create an environment where each team member feels valued, heard, and empowered.
